About
Having worked with De Chantal, D’Amour, Fortier until 1997, Mtre Martin Fortier (M. Fisc,) became a founding partner of Fortier, D’Amour, Goyette. Most of his practice focuses on business, real estate, tax law, and civil, commercial, and tax litigation involving individuals, non-profit organizations, as well as small, medium-sized, and large businesses.
Mtre Fortier, a civil and business conciliator certified by the Bar of Quebec since 2003, also presides the arbitration council assembled by the Québec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers (QPAREB). He often accompanies numerous brokers, real estate agencies, franchisors, and professional associations through most aspects of their business.
