Anne-Emmanuelle Masse is a member of Fortier D'Amour Goyette's business law team. She assists small and medium-sized businesses, founders and investors in corporate structuring, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, shareholder agreements, loan and service contracts, as well as in various financing, reorganization and business transfer transactions.

Before focusing her practice on business law, Ms. Masse practiced for nearly three years in civil and commercial litigation, mainly in real estate law. She represented property owners before civil and administrative tribunals, developing solid ties with a regular clientele. This experience enables her to integrate a concrete risk management and dispute prevention perspective into each of her mandates.

Convinced that the lawyer's role goes beyond the strictly legal, Me Masse acts as a true business partner. She distinguishes herself by her attentiveness, thoroughness and commitment to customer service. She favors a structured, solutions-oriented approach, rooted in the realities of entrepreneurs and managers.

A law graduate of Université de Montréal, she has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2020. She is currently pursuing a graduate diploma in business law and enterprise risk management at the Université de Sherbrooke.

Ms. Masse has also been involved in the legal community, notably coordinating the legal component of the Office de la protection du consommateur de la Clinique de médiation de l'Université de Montréal, and participating in the Barreau de Montréal's Round Table on Participatory Justice in 2018.
