About

Mtre Valérie Boucher joined the ranks of Fortier, D’Amour, Goyette in 2019, after having spent nearly 20 years working for a large law firm operating in Montréal. Most of her practice revolves around providing advice to business owners.

Mtre Boucher had the opportunity of participating in numerous business sales and purchases and of overseeing corporate and tax overhauls involving small, medium-sized, and large companies.

She also contributed to the implementation of several investment projects (related to private businesses) with both investors and entrepreneurs.

She regularly drafts and negotiates business agreements of all natures and magnitudes (including non-disclosure, shareholders’, and subscription agreements). She also supports and represents several non-profit organizations (among other things, by getting involved in their incorporation and providing advice on governance and organization).

A seasoned expert in the field of trusts, Mtre Boucher authored the “Trust” pamphlet which became part of the JurisClasseur Québec.

Her discipline, pragmatic approach, and ability to propose solutions tailored to every client’s needs and objectives are what make Mtre Boucher so popular.
