About
Mr. Bourbeau, who joined the firm in 2011, has been practicing business law (commercial and corporate) and taxation for over 40 years, with a clientele consisting mainly of professionals, business people, organizations, and small and medium-sized businesses.
In addition to acting as legal counsel within the firm,Mr. Bourbeau also acts as legal advisor and senior tax lawyer for numerous clients.
Mr. Bourbeau taught for several years at the École du Barreau du Québec. An experienced lawyer, he is also one of the authors of the École du Barreau du Québec's Collection de droit, as well as a highly regarded trainer and speaker.
Mr. Bourbeau was President of the Longueuil Bar Association in 2005–2006, as well as an inspector with the Quebec Bar Association’s Professional Inspection Service until 2025.
Mr. Bourbeau is also a member of the program and evaluation committee of the Quebec Bar School.
