A graduate of Laval University's Faculty of Law, Joëlle St-Germain has been a member of the Quebec Bar Association since March 2022.
Before joining the business law team at Fortier, D’Amour, Goyette, Me St-Germain began her practice at a business law firm operating within an accounting firm. She has participated in numerous corporate mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, particularly in the context of intergenerational transfers. Me St-Germain also assists her clients in negotiating and drafting shareholder agreements and various commercial agreements.
Ms. St-Germain is also a professor of Legal Techniques at Ellis College, where she teaches the Commercial and Corporate Law course.
