About
Joëlle St-Germain joined the business law team at Fortier, D’Amour, Goyette in December 2025.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Laval University, she has been a member of the Quebec Bar since March 10, 2022.
Before joining the firm, Ms. St-Germain developed expertise in corporate law, particularly during her bar internship and early in her career. She has participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions and in the execution of corporate reorganizations, particularly in the context of intergenerational transfers. Ms. St-Germain also assists her clients in negotiating and drafting shareholder agreements and various commercial agreements.
Ms. St-Germain is also a professor of Legal Techniques at Ellis College, where she teaches the Commercial and Corporate Law course.
