About

Catherine Perras graduated from the Université du Québec à Montréal Law School in 2020, and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since February 2023.

Prior to joining the family and civil litigation team at Fortier, D'Amour, Goyette in February 2024, Me Perras worked for a firm specializing in family litigation. This gave her the opportunity to steer all of her cases, including regularly pleading before the Quebec Superior Court, negotiating and concluding agreements to protect her clients' rights, and participating in settlement conferences. She has also been involved in a number of civil litigation cases, such as insurance law and malfeasance.

In her practice, Me Perras distinguishes herself by her concern for client satisfaction and the quality of her work, both oral and written. She treats her clients' problems with as much dedication as if they were her own. She takes dialogue with her clients to heart, preparing them for the various stages of a legal case. Her intellectual curiosity enables her to explore new solutions and arguments for her clients.
