About
A 2018 graduate of Université Laval's Faculty of Law, Me Béatrice Martineau also obtained a certificate in financial planning in 2019. She has also been a member of the Quebec Bar since September 2020.
Before joining the business law team at Fortier, D'Amour, Goyette in July 2024, Ms. Martineau worked for a law firm specializing in the same field, and was therefore involved in numerous transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses, financing and corporate reorganizations. She also drafts shareholder agreements and handles many incorporations and corporate updates.
