A member of the Fortier, D’Amour, Goyette family since 2017, Mtre Adonis Lalou manages a wide variety of case files focused on business law, including, among other things, mergers and acquisitions, negotiations, and trade agreements. He also assists businesses of all types and sizes through all stages of their development.
Mtre Lalou is especially passionate about information technologies and the challenges presented by intellectual property rights and assets. Highly skilled in civil and business litigation, he has gained the undeniable ability to detect and eradicate potential sources of dispute.
Mtre Lalou was admitted to the Bar of Quebec in 2013 after having been awarded a Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from the Université de Montréal and a minor in web programming from Concordia University.
