About
Mtre Olivia El Boustany joined the firm in 2017 after having been awarded a bachelor’s degree in law and another in political sciences from the Université de Montréal. Over the previous 2 years, she had already practiced corporate law (and worked with a wide variety of well established businesses) with a Montréal firm.
Mtre El Boustany’s current practice focuses primarily on business and corporate law. She frequently assists our clients in cases involving incorporation, corporate restructuring, professional practices, the preparation of transactions, and the drafting of business documents. Speaking several languages there is very few clients she cannot converse with.
