Martin Brisson

About 

Having been awarded a Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from the Université de Montréal in 1995, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in communications (B.A. Comm.) from the Université du Québec à Montréal, Mtre Brisson has been an attorney of private practice since 1997. Over the years, he has earned an enviable reputation within the legal community – where his integrity, passion for work well done, and devotion to the protection of his clients’ interests truly shine. 

Mtre Brisson has been the corporate secretary of the board of directors of the Conseil régional de l’environnement de la Montérégie (CREM), as well as (for several years in a row) the corporate secretary of the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie Vallée-de-Richelieu. He was successively appointed advisor to the Young Bar Association of Longueuil, president of said association, and advisor of the board of directors of the Bar of Longueuil. He was also a member of the continuous education committee and of the board in charge of reviewing civil procedure. 

As a trainer certified by the Bar of Québec, Mtre Brisson has been giving conferences and dispensing professional training to attorneys and other professionals for the past 10 years. He is also a co-founder of the Association Québécoise de Formation Juridique (AQFJ), who organizes trips revolving around professional training. 

Mtre Brisson’s practice brought him to appear before a wide array of judicial courts where he was invited to debate several issues pertaining to civil law, real estate, and contractual liability. In addition to being a seasoned advisor in the fields of estate litigation, he has gathered a vast experience when it comes to disciplinary law and professional liability. 

The professional attitude and approach Mtre Brisson has maintained over the years make him the very definition of a legal advisor.
