About
Mtre Larrivée obtained a degree in notarial law in 1982, right after completing her Bachelor’s degree in law with the Université de Montréal. Having practiced in the more traditional sectors of law for nearly 10 years, she took a well-deserved family break. In 1997, she kickstarted a new career as a coordinator with Hardy Goyette & Associés, notaires et conseillers juridiques inc.
In charge of special projects, she must ensure the quality and standardization of working methods, supervise the preparation and preservation of real estate title reviews, and the management of material and technological resources. Since the 2017 merger responsible for Fortier, D’Amour, Goyette, she assists professionals of the real estate sector by reviewing the titles pertaining to properties involved in residential and business transactions.
